Young Talent

• Digital & Technology: During a 15-month period, trainees will go through rotations in four different departments - three within Digital & Technology teams and one in a different Business Unit. This traineeship is ideal for individuals who are digitally savvy but uncertain about which direction to choose within the IT domain.
• Investment Management: Trainees can explore various areas of Investment Management over a span of 16 months. By the end of the program, the trainee will have a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities available within Investment Management and will be better equipped to choose a career path within Van Lanschot Kempen.
• Finance & Risk: Trainees experience a unique kick-start of their professional career for 18 months. They complete rotations in three Finance & Risk departments and a short rotation in a team outside this area of expertise.

For internships, working students and junior roles, the first step is to have your CV screened by one of our recruiters. If you meet the essential criteria for the role, you will then be invited to complete a game-based assessment. If the result of your assessment matches our competency profile, you will be contacted by the recruiter for a screening call or an interview. You will usually have one or two interviews which may include a recruiter, colleagues from the department, and the hiring manager. One of the interviews will assess if you are a good fit for the organization and the team, while the other interview will typically focus on your qualifications and knowledge for the role.
