Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets department focuses on three key service areas for our clients: mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets and debt advisory.

We focus on a handful of sectors, where we are true experts on pan-European scale: Real Estate, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Tech and FinTech and Infrastructure and Renewables. Within these sectors we know the companies, the investors and the latest developments and trends, while our end-to-end in-house service offering allows us to serve our clients’ needs over the years.
