Working at Private Banking

Van Lanschot Kempen has been around for nearly 300 years, and we’d like to add a couple of more centenaries at least. Private Banking continues to live our core values while being contemporary and “of the future”. What does this mean? That we’ll always go for long-term relationships; that we take our time to get to know prospective and current clients; and that we lead our industry in digitalisation.

We keep the lines short. Once a week, you get together with a variety of specialists across your region, learning from each other, discussing clients and coming up with the best solutions together. The rest of the week is all about the business: you take part in around eight client meetings or take someone to an appealing local event, the Van Gogh Museum or the Amsterdam Concertgebouw.

At Private Banking we aim for diversity and to have just the right banker for everyone. All of us are customer-focused and commercially driven. Plus, we take a real interest in people. Read on for our stories and vacancies.
