As Vice President Private Equity at Van Lanschot Kempen, you will be part of a driven team of highly experienced investment professionals. Your role is multidisciplinary, with a primary focus on private equity partnerships and co-investments across Europe and the United States.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Vice President Private Equity at Van Lanschot Kempen. As an experienced investment professional, you will primarily be responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence on private equity partnerships and co-investments. Preparing investment memoranda and reporting for the Investment Committee is a core part of the role, and you will work closely with the analysts in the team.

You also have the following tasks:

  • Monitoring current portfolios.

  • Building and maintaining relationships across the private equity ecosystem, while developing deep expertise in private equity investing.

  • Strengthening the culture and capabilities of the private equity team by contributing to new fund initiatives, optimising processes, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

  • Supporting the execution and evaluation of investment opportunities in line with client objectives and fund strategies.

  • Approximately 6 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking and/or strategy consulting.

  • Strong financial modelling skills and excellent analytical capabilities.

  • Clear affinity with investing.

  • Good mastery of both Dutch and English, both oral and written.

  • a gross monthly salary ranging from €6,000 to €7,500, supplemented by a bonus based on performance and commercial results
