I joined Van Lanschot Kempen because it’s a company that gives every colleague the space and support they need to make an impact. We often say that we're large enough to matter but small enough to care, and that’s certainly been my experience. We have the scale and resources to grow and lead, and everyone I meet is an expert in their field. There’s also room for dialogue and care, for each other and our clients. That makes me proud.
In our new campaign for private banking in the Netherlands, we saw an opportunity to reflect our core identity and showcase the value of wealth management. We consulted colleagues and clients to create something that describes who we truly are, centered around the most valuable asset for our clients: time.
We give time to our clients’ wealth, so they can focus on what matters. And that’s hardly ever about assets: it’s about what assets enable you to achieve. Our clients build legacies with their wealth, whether that’s leaving something to their children, supporting a cause close to their hearts or building a company. And if a client is launching a business venture, we take the time to see their full potential and support their growth.
At a time of so much turbulence and opportunity, it all comes down to having someone you can trust to navigate through it and reach your goals. When I see how my colleagues work with their clients, day in and day out, I feel this is who we’ve always been.
The “Your time” campaign makes our unique DNA and qualities visible, for new groups and for the future. Because clients expect more from a private bank. We’re tapping into the power of time as a stabiliser and connector. No matter your background, everyone can appreciate that time is their most valuable resource. It’s been great to see the energy, pride and recognition that this is what Van Lanschot Kempen stands for among colleagues, and I look forward to taking this further in 2026.
