  • The possibility of a sabbatical. If you take a sabbatical of at least three months, Van Lanschot Kempen will pay 100% of your gross monthly income for the first month
  • The possibility to exchange free national holidays for religious holidays of your preference.
  • Van Lanschot Kempen offers you the opportunity to take extended and paid maternity leave of a maximum of four times your weekly working hours.
  • In addition to the law, Van Lanschot Kempen pays 100% of the salary during the maternity leave for partners.
