That is what you will use your talents for as a Team Lead Information Risk Management at Van Lanschot Kempen. You make a real difference in how our organisation manages information and IT risks. You combine strong expertise with leadership and help your team and the organisation understand and manage risks relating to information security, cyber resilience, business continuity, ICT outsourcing and cloud, AI and IT change.
Furthermore you are responsible for:
Performing and further developing second-line risk activities in the area of Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management and AI risks.
Critically assessing and explaining control design, control effectiveness and governance in the area of information risk to supervisors and clients, through presentations, interviews, questionnaires and Q&A requests.
Translating new and amended laws and regulations, including DORA, the AI Act and GDPR, into practically applicable frameworks, policies and procedures, in close cooperation with the Privacy Officer and the Data Protection Officer.
Monitoring and challenging the level of information security, cyber resilience, cloud and outsourcing risks, so that controls are demonstrably effective and future-proof.
Assessing and challenging risks in IT change, projects, technological innovation and AI applications, so that new solutions are implemented in a controlled, explainable way and in line with Van Lanschot Kempen’s risk appetite.
Identifying, analysing and reporting developments within the information risk domains, both internally and externally, so that Van Lanschot Kempen remains demonstrably strong, resilient and future-proof in this area too.

8 or more years of work experience in IT risk management.
Demonstrable technical knowledge or experience within IT, information security or technology driven change programmes, so that technical risks and controls can be critically assessed.
In-depth knowledge of information risk, information security and IT controls.
Experience with cloud, cyber resilience, third party risk, AI risks and IT change.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including DORA, GDPR and the AI Act.
Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Preferably a certification in the field of information risk, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar.
