That is what you will use your talents for as a Product Owner Investment Management Data & Analytics at Van Lanschot Kempen. This is a role for an experienced professional who combines strategic product leadership with affinity for data, technology and operating model design. You define a compelling vision, translate it into a realistic roadmap and make deliberate choices on where to standardize, where to experiment and where to invest.
You also have the following tasks:
Building a clear development path for the cluster: from fragmented data to a trusted investment data foundation that supports reporting, analytics and AI-driven use cases.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary Scrum/DevOps team, stakeholders across Investment Management, data providers and adjacent DevOps teams.
Steering priorities across a business-critical landscape that includes analytics tooling, sustainability and commercial and regulatory reporting enablement.
Improving the availability of investment data and reducing fragmentation.
Turning promising AI use cases into reliable production value.

Product-minded, analytical and communicative. This is how we can best describe you in the position of Product Owner Investment Management Data & Analytics. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. You know how to create traction in a complex stakeholder field and are comfortable operating at the intersection of business value, data quality, architecture and delivery. You bring maturity in prioritization, communication and decision-making, and you are credible in discussions about analytics platforms, data flows and AI-enabled ways of working.
You also have:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or comparable role in an agile technology environment with Scrum/DevOps ways of working.
Affinity with investment management, in particular financial instrument and portfolio data modelling.
Experience in shaping product vision and roadmap for data and analytics products, or digital transformation in a complex business environment.
Relevant understanding of analytics and data engineering concepts, for example Python, SQL, Databricks/Spark, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, APIs and modern cloud-based data platforms.
A strong interest in the opportunities and implications of AI, and the ability to incorporate AI-enabled use cases responsibly into product vision and delivery.
The ability to work effectively with highly skilled engineers, analysts and domain experts, without needing to be the technical specialist yourself.
Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the seniority to lead difficult discussions on ownership, scope, priorities and operating model choices.
