Together, we provide a top-class technology and data platform, among other things to support our asset management activities. Data Management consists of around 60 colleagues, divided into 8 teams, each with its own focus. Together, the teams are responsible for maintaining, improving and testing the Data Warehouse, various data platforms and applications, including the AFAS application. The roles within the department are diverse and complementary, ranging from Developer and Data Architect to Functional Application Manager and Product Owner.
Collaboration and connection are key. We kick off the week together on Mondays, sometimes with a typical Brabant “worstenbroodje” (vegan or vegetarian) or a “Bossche bol”. In addition, our Fun Stuff team organises drinks and other social activities, ensuring that alongside working hard there is plenty of room for fun and connection.
An organisation's degree of innovation and agility also depends on the diversity of its workforce. Our differences make us stronger together. We promote an inclusive work environment where all colleagues feel at home. With us, you can be yourself. And we are proud of that.
