Analyst Fiduciary Management

Create your own future

Play an active role in the full investment process for institutional clients. Combine client advisory work with projects that strengthen our fiduciary services. Build broad knowledge of investments, processes, reporting, data and IT.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Analyst Fiduciary Management at Van Lanschot Kempen. Within the Fiduciary Management & Institutional Solutions department, you will fulfil a dual role: you will be part of the Business Management team and of several fiduciary client teams. In this way, you will advise pension funds and insurers on investment policy, asset management and market developments, while also delivering improvement initiatives across processes, reporting, data and IT.

You also have the following tasks:

  • supporting fiduciary client teams in advising on investment policy and its implementation;

  • developing financial analyses and solving complex investment and asset management questions;

  • independently taking ownership of projects and improvement initiatives across the fiduciary value chain;

  • collaborating with stakeholders within Fiduciary Management, Operations, Reporting, Data, IT and other parts of the organisation;

  • responding to changing laws and regulations and their impact on clients, particularly Dutch pension funds.

Your talents

Ambitious, responsible and a team player. This is how we can best describe you in the position of Analyst Fiduciary Management. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. Your interest in investments, analytical skills and project-based way of working will help you succeed in this role. You are also able to convince others of your ideas, enjoy working with colleagues across different departments and are not deterred by deadlines. You also have:

  • a Master’s degree in finance or business administration;

  • 2–3 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as consulting, asset management or another financial role, is preferred;

  • solid knowledge of and affinity with financial markets, institutional asset management and pension funds;

  • the ability to independently realise projects and improvement initiatives from idea to implementation;

  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills;

  • a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with an eye for both day-to-day operations and tomorrow’s services;

  • Good mastery of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
