Our successful Women in Tech internship events have led to the hiring of over 20 interns—many of whom now hold permanent roles. We’re now expanding our impact by connecting with women driving change in tech.

Women in Tech: Leading the Next Wave is an exclusive evening for women in digital, analytics, and technology. Designed to inspire, connect, and empower, the event offers a unique opportunity to explore Van Lanschot Kempen’s role in shaping the future of wealth management. 

We’re looking for talented women who are passionate about innovation and excellence. Whether you're a senior developer, data engineer, ethical hacker, or network architect, this evening provides the knowledge, network, and opportunity to influence tech’s next wave.

Van Lanschot Kempen is an independent, specialized wealth manager, active in private banking, investment banking, and investment management. Founded in 1737, we are the oldest independent financial institution in the Netherlands. Within the Digital and Technology department, we strive to enhance Van Lanschot Kempen's services through data, improved information management, advanced analytics, and customized solutions. We understand that changes in clients' needs and economic developments require us to respond quickly. Therefore, being updated with the latest online developments allows good ideas to be promptly implemented. The working environment in the Digital & Technology department combines a start-up's characteristics with a large company's advantages.

In 2025, Van Lanschot Kempen was awarded three awards during the annual Professional Wealth Management Wealth Tech Awards 2025 - part of the Financial Times. This is a recognition of the vision and application of innovative technology solutions in private banking, focusing on personal service.
