That is what you will use your talents for as a Support Officer Learning & Development at Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role, you support the L&D team in facilitating, coordinating and improving learning and development activities. You work closely with colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders, ensuring that processes, administration and communication surrounding training programmes run smoothly and accurately.
You also have the following tasks:
managing and updating the learning platform and training information;
registering, processing and checking participant data and evaluations;
planning and organising training sessions, workshops and other learning activities;
acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders;
identifying and improving processes through digitalisation, automation and smart use of tools.

availability for 32 to 40 hours per week;
attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively;
experience with administrative processes, planning and organising is a plus;
proficient in applying basic AI solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in your work;
fluency in Dutch;
good mastery of English, both oral and written.
