You are responsible for delivering accurate, timely and client-friendly reports for both our fiduciary clients and Van Lanschot Kempen investment funds. In addition, you contribute to the team’s continuous improvement, taking reporting to the next level every day.
Your responsibilities also include:
Preparing accurate and timely client and fund reports and invoices based on portfolio, ESG and performance data.
Monitoring, validating and reconciling data to ensure consistently high-quality reporting.
Analysing reporting issues, identifying root causes and coordinating solutions with internal stakeholders.
Contributing to the improvement and standardisation of reporting processes, controls and documentation.
Exploring and applying AI-driven solutions or tools to enhance the efficiency and data quality of reporting.

Experience with and knowledge of using AI tools in your daily work.
Experience with Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Affinity with the financial sector, particularly investments.
A completed HBO (Bachelor’s) or WO (Master’s) degree.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

As a Client Reporting Specialist, you will also receive:
A gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €4,700, depending on your knowledge and experience.
A flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. This includes a 13th-month salary, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 additional leave days. You can use this budget to purchase a bicycle, pay for a gym membership, or save for a sabbatical. You can also choose to have the full amount paid out at any time during the year.
27 vacation days, of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
Home office equipment such as an electric sit-stand desk, chair, and monitor(s) of your choice. These will be ordered by us and delivered to your home.
A market-competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your age and salary; in most cases, you can expect a contribution of around 20%, of which 4% is your own contribution.
