Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on delivering high-quality HR services and improving processes? Within our HR People Services team, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise at a leading financial institution, where you’ll actively contribute to supporting employees and managers and optimizing HR processes.

As a Senior Support Officer HR People Services, you are responsible for executing and improving various HR processes. You are the first point of contact for complex HR-related questions and work closely with colleagues both within and outside the team to ensure optimal service delivery. Your role is broad and impactful:

  • You respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing appropriate solutions. You also support our HR Business Partners with complex cases and act as a sparring partner.
  • You identify bottlenecks in processes and initiate improvements, with a focus on optimization and automation, particularly in AFAS, our HR system.
  • You manage administrative processes related to onboarding, throughflow, and offboarding, including contract management, employment conditions, and leave administration.
  • You actively contribute to HR projects such as system implementations, audits, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • You act as a sparring partner for colleagues and support the coaching of less experienced team members.
  • You collaborate closely with colleagues to support our Belgian business unit, handling complex HR issues and contributing to the implementation of optimalisation solutions.



Your talents

Accurate, quality-driven, and proactive – that’s how we best describe you. You have a keen eye for detail, think ahead, and know how to keep HR processes efficient and compliant. Additionally:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in HR People Services.
  • You possess up-to-date knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Belgian HR processes is a plus, but not required.
  • You are independent but also enjoy working in a team.
  • You have strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
