As a full stack Developer, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies as part of the Lending team, you work in a scrum team where you are responsible for the development of innovative web applications and integrations that support Van Lanschot Kempen's Private Banking services. Within Van Lanschot Kempen we have built a strong software development capability and we are striving to deliver our solutions in a modern, efficient way. You help to scale our capability further within our lending domain. Your tasks include support with gathering requirements from our stakeholders, analyzing these requirements into technical solutions, and implementing these accordingly. Coming year we will start digitizing larger processes and building sizable components in our lending domain. This will provide you with a very interesting and challenging work space, but coincides with a pro-active and ambitious mindset and ample relevant experience. You are (with your team) responsible for building, operating and maintaining these solutions. We are looking for someone that has a broad development interest, is able to provide innovate solutions and helps to define (and adheres to) best practices across our stack

Your talents

As a Full Stack Developer, you are curious, an attentive listener, and collaboration-oriented. Additionally, you possess:

  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex cloud-native applications with C# .NET.
  • You understand the fundaments of modern frontend development architectures and have a solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Existing experience with Blazor is a plus.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, including advanced querying, performance optimizations, and integration with EF Core.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as CosmosDB, and the ability to make architectural decisions regarding data storage and access patterns.
  • Significant experience with cloud computing on Azure, including designing scalable solutions leveraging App Services, Azure Container Apps, Web Jobs, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, Key Vaults, Azure SQL Server, and CosmosDB.
  • Thorough understanding of CI/CD best practices and the ability to design, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines for secure and efficient deployment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from €4,500 to €6,300, depending on your knowledge and experience.
