That is what you will gladly use your talents for during your Internship at Van Lanschot Kempen. By participating, you will learn what we as recruiters look for when searching and selecting talent. In addition, you will perform a number of practical tasks. Of course, there is also the possibility to participate in one of the projects to improve our services.

Furthermore, you will be engaged in:

  • building up talent pools
  • screening candidates
  • scheduling interviews
  • support with rectuimtent events
  • organise events for interns within Van Lanschot Kempen

 

Your talents

Structured, team player and entrepreneurial. This is how we can best describe you during your internship. Talents that you use to guide our clients through a constantly changing world every day. By thinking further and asking questions. And that comes across well in prioritising in order to carry out all tasks well. In addition, you have:

  • hbo thinking/working level
  • availability for 5 months, at least 32 hours a week
  • affinity with HR / Recruitment
  • good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.

The Talent Attraction team consists of 9 employees: 5 Recruiters, 3 colleagues within the Campus Recruitment team and an Employer Branding Specialist. It is an international team that is part of a larger HR department. We do our work in an environment where we can easily approach all managers and managers can also approach us.
