Program Manager – Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Clients

That is what you will use your talents for as a Program Manager at Van Lanschot Kempen. In the newly created role as program manager – UHNW Clients you will use your talent and deep understanding of the UHNW client group and vision to shape all aspects of the UHNW Segment together with senior stakeholders in our Private Clients, Investment Banking and Investment Management businesses.

 

You also have the following tasks:

  • defining the UHNW client lifecycle and related client experience
  • drive (project manage) all UHNW related projects
  • ensure intergroup collaboration and alignment around UHNW clients
  • creating and maintaining the UHNW roadmap
  • re(de)fining the UHNW client proposition
  • formulation and execution of internal and external positioning & communication plans for the UHNW client segment

And all will be well if you also a self-starter who wants to make visions a reality with an exceptional understanding of the Ultra High Net Worth segment. You think customer focus, collaboration, adaptability, new technologies and sustainability are as important as we do. Furthermore, complex issues are no issue for you and you’re able to locate and skillfully place the right people together, building on our strong track record of internal cooperation and team player mentality.

 

You also have:

  • at least 8 years’ experience in the financial sector, ideally in the Dutch, Swiss and/or Belgian market (strong preference is given to applicants who have worked in advisory/specialist roles with UHNW clients)
  • in-depth knowledge of the UHNW client group needs and wishes
  • knowledge of (complex) financial solutions used by UHNW clients and family offices
  • excellent project management skills with a track record of actionable results
  • communication, persuasion and stakeholder management skills
  • excellent written and spoken English language skills. Dutch and/or French language skills are a distinct advantage

This role can be based out of our office in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) or Switzerland (Zürich). You will report into our Managing Director Private Clients and Client Excellence Center in Amsterdam, with a dotted line to our CEO Van Lanschot Kempen Switzerland, who spearheads the further development of the UHNW segment within Van Lanschot Kempen.
