That is what you will use your talents for as a Professional Operational Services at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will support our Fiduciary Management clients and investment teams by managing operational processes, improving data quality, and contributing to innovation and project‑based work within our Solutions & Strategy Services team.

You also have the following tasks:

Manage daily operational activities such as reconciliation, collateral management and valuation/processing of multi‑asset class instruments (incl. Private Equity & Infrastructure).
Contribute and be part of the annual work for our UK clients.
Act as a central link between clients, internal teams, and external parties.
Improve and automate processes using modern tools, including AI.
Contribute to client onboardings, transitions, and key client discussions.
Safeguard quality, service, regulatory compliance, and client needs.

You also have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in asset management, fiduciary management, or consulting are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to switch between tasks.
Affinity with process improvement and data quality.
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
