Do you want to play a key role in strengthening and growing the payments proposition for Private Banking clients? In this role, you are responsible for bringing payment solutions to market and driving their growth. You translate product capabilities into clear propositions, support Private Bankers in successfully applying them, and work closely with Marketing and the change coordinator within the Payments team.

In this role, you operate at the intersection of product development, commercial strategy, customer experience, and compliance, and you know how to position complex payment solutions in a clear and attractive way.
In addition, you will be involved in:
Developing and maintaining the product portfolio, defining the commercial positioning, and ensuring that our propositions are effectively used by Private Bankers.
Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, client communications, and commercial materials.
Translating client needs and market developments into concrete product improvements. To identify client needs, you make use of satisfaction surveys, reports, and signals from local offices.
Coordinating with operations, IT, compliance, legal, and risk to ensure that commercial ambitions align with a stable and compliant payments environment.
Your talents
You are commercially driven, communicatively strong, and able to present our payments offering clearly and attractively. As Product Manager Payments, you are the link between product, commercial teams, and clients. You translate product capabilities and market developments into clear propositions and help commercial stakeholders successfully deploy these.
You think ahead and ask the right follow-up questions. Through interbank consultations, your supplier network, and close interaction with the market, you gather insights and translate them into concrete improvements and innovations in our payments proposition.
You feel comfortable collaborating with stakeholders such as Marketing, commercial teams, and external parties. You bring them along in decisions and priorities and actively build sustainable partnerships.
You take ownership and have a strong eye for detail. With your commercial, market-oriented mindset, you actively contribute to a distinctive client experience and the further development and positioning of our payment products.

At least a bachelor’s level of working and thinking.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager, proposition manager, or in a comparable commercial role.
Affinity with or experience in payment processing.
Experience with commercializing products or propositions to internal or external customers.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
A flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget consists of a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 additional days of leave. A market‑competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution depends on age and salary; in most cases, you can expect a contribution of approximately 20%, of which 4% is an employee contribution.
