As a mobile developer, you will have the opportunity to turn that ambition into visible impact by building intuitive, reliable and secure mobile experiences across both iOS and Android.
This is a role for someone who wants to be close to the product, close to the user experience and close to technical decisions. You will not only implement mobile features; you will help shape how we deliver them consistently across both platforms.
You bring hands-on experience with both iOS and Android development and are comfortable contributing code across both platforms. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, pragmatic and motivated to keep improving both the product and the way we work.

In this cluster, we build and maintain the digital products our clients rely on, including our mobile banking apps and client web portal. You will work closely with full-stack engineers, product and design colleagues, and other mobile specialists to improve a highly personalised banking app where clients can manage their investments, payments and other daily banking needs.
You will join a multidisciplinary team that cares about quality, ownership and continuous improvement. We work in short iterations, learn from what we ship, and challenge each other to raise the bar. In this role, you will help deliver stable, secure and intuitive mobile experiences in a regulated environment where reliability matters as much as user experience.
What you’ll do
Build, test and deliver new features across both our iOS and Android mobile banking apps, ensuring that each product increment creates a consistent client experience on both platforms.
Collaborate with product, design, backend and web engineering colleagues to deliver valuable client experiences.
Improve app quality, performance, maintainability and testability.
Help shape engineering standards and ways of working for mobile development across both platforms.
Contribute to a strong team culture focused on ownership, learning and continuous improvement.
Your talents
You are passionate about mobile development, pragmatic in how you solve problems, and comfortable working closely with others. You combine technical depth across iOS and Android with a growth mindset and enjoy improving both code and collaboration. You are energised by working in a multidisciplinary product team where each feature is shaped together with product, design, backend and web colleagues, and where mobile delivery means bringing that feature to life on both iOS and Android.
Must have:
3+ years of experience in native mobile development.
Hands-on experience building native iOS apps with Swift, Swift UI and native Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Ability and willingness to contribute meaningfully across both platforms, rather than specialising in only one.
Experience with modern mobile engineering practices, such as code review, automated testing, continuous integration, performance monitoring and maintainable architecture.
Nice to have:
Kotlin Multiplatform.
Test automation.
Clean Architecture or MVVM.
Dependency injection frameworks.
