The Lending team consists of application managers, a scrum master, and a product owner. It is responsible for managing and developing applications in the Lending domain. One of the key focuses is the development and management of the new mortgage street and wealth management credit. That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. A good work-life balance with our 'hybrid way of working' is a good example of this. Additionally, you receive: As a Full Stack Developer Lending team, you will also be given:
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €5,300, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- An additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (including a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 extra statutory leave days). You can use this to purchase a bicycle, pay for a monthly gym membership, or save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time of the year.
- Flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home in mutual agreement.
- 27 leave days, of which 7 are part of the flexible budget. A competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on age and salary, and in most cases, you can expect a contribution of about 20%, with a 4% employee contribution.
