Working within the Investment Bank, you will support several teams and individuals in executing their daily activities. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and professional banking environment where ambitions are high. Together with your colleagues in the Support team, you can really make a difference.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Management Assistant at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will use your talents to manage the complex and rapidly changing agendas of Managing Directors. You will have frequent contact with international clients and other Management Assistants. A substantial part of your time will be dedicated to organizing meetings, both in-house and at offsite. The timelines are tight, and you will have contact with multiple stakeholders. Therefore, you need to be able to switch easily, keep an overview, think ahead, and proactively respond to issues that need to be addressed.

You will also have the following tasks:

  • Keeping the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) up-to-date and handling client activities;
  • Making travel arrangements and other logistics;
  • Keeping track of and monitoring expenses, including declarations and project costs;
  • Cross-cluster tasks, such as organizing deal marketing, floor facilities, and departmental events.

And that’s great if you can also manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track and are customer-oriented. You are digitally savvy and proficient with Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additionally, you have:

  • Experience as a management assistant in a professional environment is an advantage;
  • You have a proficient command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Social sensitivity and are diligent with confidential information;
  • You work quickly and efficiently;
  • You have a proactive attitude and a passion for a supportive role in a business environment.
