IT Onsite Support

Within the Onsite Support team, you ensure that colleagues can rely every day on a dependable, secure, and well-functioning digital workplace. You maintain a visible presence at our office locations and serve as an important point of contact for colleagues who need assistance with IT-related issues.

You support colleagues with a wide range of workplace-related questions, assist with hardware and software incidents, perform device swaps, and support meeting rooms. In addition, you actively contribute to improving our services and help identify ways to make processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.

Our Onsite Support team is continuously evolving towards a more data-driven and efficient service model. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who not only enjoys helping users but is also curious about new technologies and opportunities to further improve processes.

Your impact

In this role, you will be involved in:

• Supporting colleagues with workplace, device, and Microsoft 365-related questions.

• Performing device swaps, installations, and hardware distribution.

• Supporting and resolving issues in meeting rooms and audiovisual facilities.

• Handling incidents and service requests through our IT processes and accurately documenting them.

• Managing hardware, assets, and inventory.

• Monitoring and improving the quality of asset and configuration data.

• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle processes.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and services.

• Collaborating with the Service Desk, Workplace Platform, Security, and other IT teams.

• Contributing to standardization, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to further enhance our services.

Your talent

• A completed MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.

• Several years of experience in IT Support, Onsite Support, or Workplace Services.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.

• Experience with ITSM tools such as TOPdesk or similar systems.

• Affinity with device management and modern workplace solutions.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.

• Good command of the English language.

• A proactive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning and development.

• Solid technical foundation in workplace support, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace solutions.

• A clear and service-oriented communicator who can explain technical topics in an accessible way.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to prioritize effectively and contribute to continuous improvement.
