That is what you will use your talents for as an Investment Banking Associate at Van Lanschot Kempen. As a true professional, you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as:

Playing a central role in deal execution of transactions.
Preparing and delivering presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches.
Compiling and analysing investor feedback.
Maintaining client relations during the deal execution period and building M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise.
Strengthening and fostering the team's culture and capabilities, by proactively mentoring and training analysts and interns in the team.

Furthermore you have:

3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in (general) investment banking (across industries M&A, Equity Capital Markets, debt advisory), strategy consulting, or within the Life Science & Healthcare sector equity sell-side research/sales, buy side (VC, PE etc.) or corporate/business
development in this sector.
Life Sciences & Healthcare study and/or industry experience is a plus. However, your motivation to develop your career in this sector is paramount!
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially within Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong proficiency in English, both oral and written.
