Are you passionate about Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our I&D initiatives, contribute to impactful projects, and help drive positive change across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-creating awareness around the topics of inclusion, diversity and social safety;
Assist with organizing events, setting-up trainings and inspiration sessions;
Format and organize I&D training materials and presentations;
Assist with extracting and interpreting relevant data;
Co-attending internal and external events

You are enthusiastic, proactive, and interested in the subjects of Inclusion & Diversity. This is how we can best describe you as an intern. We would like you to have an affinity with the topic, while experience in the field is preferred but not required. Eagerness to learn and the willingness to take initiative are most important. You are:
a third-year HBO, Bachelor’s or Master’s student;
available for at least 32 hours a week, of which at least 2 days at the Amsterdam office;
digitally savvy and data-driven, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
a self-starter, capable of working independently and pro-actively;
fluency in English and Dutch is required
