Join Van Lanschot Kempen’s Dividend & Value team for an internship. The team manages 6 equity investment strategies focused on dividend and value investing. The internship offers the opportunity to work with experienced portfolio managers in analysing equity investments and managing investment portfolios.
That is what you will use your talents for as an intern dividend & value at Van Lanschot Kempen. As an intern, you will be treated as a full junior member of the team and be involved in the day-to-day activities of the fund managers, including attending investment meetings, helping build valuation models, supporting meetings with management of (potential) investments, and performing in-depth research on companies and industries.

Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you are comfortable working with numbers and can combine analytical thinking with a hands-on attitude in a fast-paced investment environment.
Strong understanding of valuation models and financial markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably advanced skills in Excel
Actual investment experience, for example through a personal portfolio or student investment club
Experience with AI prompting or agentic AI is considered a plus
Good mastery of English, both oral and written.
