The People Analytics Team transforms HR data into valuable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making. Within our team, you collaborate with colleagues focused on data and reporting, while also acting as a backup for team-wide activities. Together, we deliver proactive and sustainable solutions that make a difference within the organisation.

You also have the following responsibilities: 

  • Developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards that provide insights into HR data.
  • Using your knowledge of DAX and SQL to create complex calculations and data models.
  • Combining raw data from various sources and translating it into clear, user-friendly dashboards that truly make a difference.
  • Applying your affinity with data analysis and visualisation to discover trends and patterns, and turning these into strategic insights.
  • Bringing stories to life through data storytelling, so that colleagues not only understand what the figures say, but also how they can apply them.
  • Inspiring and guiding HR colleagues in expanding their data knowledge and encouraging data-driven working.

In addition, you have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Power BI, including building interactive dashboards. HR knowledge and experience with AFAS is a plus.
  • Experience with DAX and SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into usable insights.
  • Experience in visualizing complex data in an accessible and user-friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for storytelling.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to engage others in your vision and knowledge of data.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 4.000 and €5.500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • Additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days) You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical! It’s also possible to get the full budget paid out at any moment in the year.
  • 27 leave days of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
  • Working from home equipment such as electric standing desk, chair, a number of screens of your choice can be ordered and sent to your home.
  • 1 month fully paid when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer.
  • your commute to work is compensated, including green options of walking and biking to work!
  • Working from home allowance.
  • Up to 2 months of working from abroad per year.
  • Dutch and English language courses.
