The IT P&S (Platforms & Security) department is part of the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology (DAAT) cluster. DAAT consists of more than 400 employees who play a central role within the organization. With the DAAT departments, we are building a world-class wealth management technology platform. Our team works on innovative solutions and supports the digital transformation of Van Lanschot Kempen, striving for optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
IT Platforms & Security (IT P&S) is the department that provides and supports technological solutions aligned with the business objectives of our organization. We have four focus areas: modern workplace, IT Support, IT platforms, and IT Security.
In each sub-cluster, we have dedicated teams working on various aspects of IT, such as:
- Delivering a reliable IT infrastructure;
- Managing systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability;
- Ensuring data security and privacy;
- Supporting users in resolving technical issues;
- Supporting the digital transformation and innovation of our business processes and operations.
In short, the IT department aims to meet the technological needs of the organization and contribute to its efficiency, productivity, and growth. The level of innovation and agility of an organization also depends on the diversity of its workforce.

As an IT Engineer IT Platforms, you also receive:
- A gross monthly salary between € 5.394 and € 8.902, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget includes a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 extra vacation days. You can use this to buy a bicycle, pay for your gym membership, or even save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time of the year.
- A stock plan, where Van Lanschot Kempen doubles your investment (up to €3,500 per year) in Van Lanschot Kempen shares.
- 27 vacation days, of which 7 are part of the flexible budget (for a regular contract).
- Customized leave arrangements for certain life events, such as parental leave, care leave, etc.
- One month of full salary payment when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer.
- Reimbursement for commuting, including green options like walking and cycling to work!
- A home office allowance.
- The option to exchange national holidays for religious holidays.
