As part of the Talent Attraction team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our employer branding strategy, which currently includes social media presence, loading our new career website, internal branding project, a podcast series and creating a brand video. In this internship, you will assist our Employer Branding team in the daily operations related to the topic. 

That is what you will use your talents for as an Employer Branding Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will take part in brainstorms for social media content, plan recording days, and maintain contact with colleagues that will be highlighted in our content. You will also help optimize our "Working At" social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and LinkedIn but also mainting our career site. You also have the following tasks: 

 

  • Coordinating, planning, creating, and reviewing content for our social media platforms and career website. 
  • Updating and publishing content on our career website and ensuring that our backlog of improvements is executed. 
  • Introducing new ideas and approaches that resonate with our different target audience. 
  • Coordinating projects related to employer branding and ensuring their successful completion. 
  • Regularly monitor social media platforms to identify and address any issues or concerns promptly. 
  • Maintain contact with partnering agency responsible for recording and editing content, help in overseeing the process to ensure timely receipt and management of content. 
  • Ensure all relevant parties, such as the Employer Branding specialist, HR talent attraction team, and Communications teams, are well-informed about the strategy of the content, the content itself, and facilitate their review and feedback implementation.

And all will be well if you are also able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders needed for the success of your tasks. In addition:

  • You are a student or recent graduate in fields such as communications and marketing. 
  • You have knowledge of social media content creation and keep yourself updated with current trends. 
  • You have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail / always looking to improve what is in front of you. 
  • You are available for at least 32 hours a week for a period of 6 months. 
  • You have good mastery of both Dutch and English, both oral and written.

The Talent Attraction team consists of 9 employees: 5 Recruiters, 3 colleagues within the Campus Recruitment team and an Employer Branding Specialist. It is an international team that is part of a larger HR department. We do our work in an environment where we can easily approach all managers and the managers can also approach us.
