- a gross monthly salary of €3,750;
- a flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (including a 13th-month salary, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 additional statutory vacation days), which you can use as you see fit (for example, for a bicycle, gym membership, or saving for a sabbatical). You can also have the entire budget paid out at any time;
- a training program for personal and professional development, with a dedicated supervisor and buddy;
- a work-from-home allowance;
- travel allowance, including for green options like walking and cycling;
- flexible working hours: you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home as needed;
- a competitive pension: the exact contribution depends on your salary and age. Typically, you can expect an employer contribution of around 20%, with the employee paying 4%;
