You contribute to innovative data quality practices within the organization by integrating AI into operational processes. You accelerate and optimize the classification of data quality rules, minimizing manual work. You help establish a uniform, auditable standard and actively promote knowledge sharing around AI within the team.
This is where you are happy to apply your talents as a DQ Specialist at Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role, you are responsible for developing, training, and implementing a machine learning model that enables the automatic classification of existing Data Quality rules. You lead the process of structuring metadata, assembling a training dataset, and organizing cross-team validation, ensuring that the integration of AI results in significant efficiency improvements and reliable outcomes for the team responsible for the DQ framework.
In addition, you will be involved in:
Contributing to the design and training of AI models using structured input
Evaluating model behavior and performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Supporting the application of AI models to a broader set of data quality rules
Preparing AI outputs in a way that enables efficient human review and decision-making
Helping to process reviewer feedback into continuous model improvements
Supporting clear documentation of the approach, process, and key results

The Data Management department is part of the Digital Advanced Analytics and Technology (DAAT) cluster. Within DAAT, we provide a best‑in‑class technology platform for asset management. Data Management consists of approximately 70 colleagues divided into eight teams, each with its own focus. Together, these teams are responsible for maintaining, improving, and testing the data warehouse (DWH) and data platforms. Roles within the department vary widely, ranging from Developer to Data Architect, and from Functional Application Manager to Product Owner.
The teams start the week together, often enjoying a traditional Brabant-style (vegan/vegetarian) worstenbroodje or Bossche Bol. In addition, we have a Fun Stuff team that organizes social drinks and other activities.
