As a Lending Platform Specialist Lending, you are part of a DevOps team that is responsible for the end‑to‑end functioning and improvement of our Lending chain. You work according to Agile Scrum and liaise daily with colleagues in IT and the business. You translate needs into concrete solutions and ensure that Lending applications are reliable, compliant and user‑friendly.
You will also be involved in:
Functional management of Lending applications for mortgages and business loans.
Analysing, prioritising and specifying changes, incidents and chain improvements.
Optimising end‑to‑end processes within the Lending chain.
Drafting requirements, user stories and test scenarios, and coordinating SIT/UAT.
Supporting users, safeguarding data quality and keeping documentation up to date.
Collaborating within a DevOps team on continuous improvement, stable releases and high quality.
Applying AI solutions in your way of working so that processes run more smoothly and you achieve better results.

A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
A flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget consists of a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance and 7 additional days of leave.
