Corporate Actions Specialist

You ensure that all corporate actions are processed accurately and on time. You dive into the details and translate complex market events into clear communication for our clients. You help keep client portfolios fully up to date in a dynamic financial environment.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Corporate Actions Specialist at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will be responsible for analysing, processing and communicating all corporate actions that impact our clients’ portfolios. From the moment an event is announced, you take ownership: investigating the details, informing clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution. You support both retail clients of our private bank as well as institutional clients and investment funds.

You also have the following tasks:

  • Processing a wide variety of corporate action events such as mergers, splits, dividends and takeovers
  • Analysing market documentation and determining event impact on client portfolios
  • Communicating clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely execution of mandatory and voluntary events
  • Contributing to continuous process improvements within Position Keeping & Asset Servicing

You also have:

  • A completed HBO degree, or MBO+ with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated affinity with financial markets, preferably the investment domain
  • Experience working in Operations (preferred)
  • Good mastery of Dutch and English, both oral and written
