As an AI Data Engineer at the Digital Innovation & Analytics department, you will join the Non-Financial Risk and People Analytics team. You will work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team in which you are responsible for automating business processes and building data products that inform and drive decision-making, such as models, dashboards, and AI solutions, focusing on the following domains: Compliance, Non-financial Risk, Internal Control, and HR. We are looking for a talented and experienced AI Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about the latest advancements in AI, has a proven ability to apply cutting-edge technologies to real-world business challenges, and possesses a strong foundation in data engineering. Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Databricks is essential, along with the ability to design and implement scalable, efficient, and impactful AI-driven solutions. Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a data engineer.
  • Skilled in Python & SQL programming: Proficient in writing, debugging, and optimizing code for data engineering tasks.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, including configuring automated build and release pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Experience in deploying, monitoring, and managing AI models on Azure.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry to develop intelligent applications.
  • Experience with AI frameworks (Tensorflow, Scikit-learn) and libraries such as OpenAI.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • A creative and problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in learning new technologies and trends.
  • Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building both backend and frontend applications using at least one server-side language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js) and one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), along with current development tools and practices.

  • A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,500, compatible with your knowledge and experience.
