.NET Developer

Create your own future

Do you want to build smart, cloud-native solutions that automate business processes and take the CRM domain to the next level? Do you get energy from workflow automation, AI integrations, and modern .NET development? Then we have a role that’s perfect for you.

As a .NET Developer Process Automation, you will work on optimizing end-to-end processes within our organization. You will develop workflows, services, and AI-driven solutions that not only support the CRM, but above all ensure greater simplicity, speed, and intelligence in our users’ daily work.

Your impact
In this role, you translate complex process challenges into scalable solutions that become increasingly intelligent. Thanks to workflow technology and AI-driven automation, you ensure that systems anticipate, advise, and take work off people’s hands.

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage cloud-native services that automate processes within and around the CRM.
  • Build AI-driven workflows, such as document recognition, classification, and decision automation.
  • Improve document management and develop document generation solutions in .NET.
  • Contribute to a modern process architecture where CRM, workflow engines, microservices, and AI converge.
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and key users to continuously improve processes.

Note: In this role, you’ll benefit from a hybrid work setup: you’ll work on average two days per week from our Den Bosch office, although this may occasionally change depending on team or departmental needs.

Your talents

You are analytical, solution-oriented, assertive and have a strong vision for how AI and automation can strengthen a CRM domain. Additionally, you bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a developer with cloud-native C# .NET applications.
  • Good knowledge of a modern front-end framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in SQL (EF Core) and experience with NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD through Azure DevOps and deploying to Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with workflow development and an affinity for AI applications (LLM integrations, Azure AI Services, decision models).
  • Experience within a CRM environment is an advantage—but not the main focus of your role.
