Working student Fiduciary Management Institutional Clients

You translate investment information into sharp presentations, checks and analyses. You work closely with experienced fiduciary managers. You also get room to apply AI to recurring client work.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Working Student Fiduciary Management Institutional Clients at Van Lanschot Kempen. You support the team with operational and content-related preparation for client work: creating presentations, checking reports, performing calculations, finding and summarising information, and preparing ad-hoc investment questions. You work with current client files, internal documents and systems, and help turn insights into clear decision-making information.

You also have the following tasks:

• preparing and developing PowerPoint slides for client meetings, board papers and internal decision-making;

• checking reports, documents and previous versions for consistency, figures, explanations and actions;

• creating and reviewing calculations in Excel, including plausibility checks and comparisons with previous reports;

• searching for information in existing systems, documents and emails and summarising it into presentation-ready input;

• exploring and setting up AI agents or reusable prompts that make recurring tasks faster and more consistent.

• You are following a university or university of applied sciences degree, for example in economics, finance, econometrics, data science or a comparable field.

• You work smoothly with PowerPoint and Excel and enjoy sharpening figures, texts and presentations.

• You have an interest in investing, institutional clients, pension funds and sustainable investing.

• You know how to make practical use of AI tools in your daily work and want to learn how to set up simple AI agents or prompts.

• Good mastery of Dutch and English, both oral and written.

The team advises institutional clients on strategic policy, portfolio management, manager selection, monitoring, ESG, reporting and operational chain management. You support colleagues with client presentations, analyses, report checks and answering investment questions, where accuracy and clear communication are key.
