Are you an enthusiastic student looking to gain relevant work experience in HR Learning & Development alongside your studies? Then this position at Van Lanschot Kempen is perfect for you!

As a Working Student in L&D, you will support our team in facilitating and enabling learning and development activities for our colleagues. You will work closely with various colleagues, trainers, and stakeholders. Administrative support of our learning environment, planning training sessions, and maintaining structured information provision are tasks you will handle with ease.

You will gladly use your talents as a Working Student in L&D at Van Lanschot Kempen. Additionally, you will be involved in:

Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and keeping course information up-to-date;
Registering and processing participant data and evaluations;
Planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities;
Serving as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and other stakeholders.

Communicative, proactive, and eager to learn. These are the best ways to describe you as a Working Student in L&D. Talents you use to guide our clients through an ever-changing world every day. By thinking ahead and asking questions. And it’s beneficial if you can work independently and accurately while being part of a team of L&D professionals.

Additionally, you have:

An eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Availability for at least 24 hours per week (more hours possible in consultation);
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

A gross monthly salary of €2,505.60 on a full-time basis
