The Payments team consists of 14 dedicated colleagues who are always there for one another. Everyone takes ownership and we actively seek collaboration. We work with trust and short lines of communication, with enjoyment and a strong drive to continuously improve. Within the team, we bring together a wide range of expertise, from product management and quality assurance to payment support, change management, and functional/application management. By executing our Payments strategy, we deliver a commercially attractive payments solution that meets our clients’ needs, ensures compliance, improves efficiency, and guarantees stable payment processing at fair, market‑conform rates.

That’s what we do! The fact is: when you add value, you can expect the same from us. A healthy work–life balance, supported by our hybrid way of working, is a great example of this. As a Technical Application Manager Payments, you will also receive:
- A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A flexible benefits budget of 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget consists of a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 additional vacation days. You can use it, for example, to purchase a bicycle, pay for a gym membership, or save for a sabbatical. It is also possible to have the full budget paid out at any time during the year.
- A share plan, in which Van Lanschot Kempen matches your investment in Van Lanschot Kempen shares (up to €3,500 per year).
- 27 vacation days, of which 7 are part of the flexible benefits budget.
- Commuting allowance, including green options such as walking or cycling to work.
- A home‑working allowance.
- A childcare budget for working parents with children aged 0–12.
- A market‑competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution depends on age and salary; in most cases, you can expect a total contribution of around 20%, of which 4% is an employee contribution.
