The IT P&S (Platforms & Security) department is part of the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology (DAAT) cluster. DAAT consists of more than 400 employees, playing a central role within the organization. With the DAAT departments, we are building a world-class asset management technology platform. Our team works on innovative solutions and supports Van Lanschot Kempen's digital transformation, striving for optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
IT Platforms & Security (IT P&S) is the department that provides and supports technology solutions that align with our organization's business objectives. We have four focus areas: modern workplace, IT Support, IT platforms and IT Security. In each sub cluster, we have dedicated teams working on different aspects of IT, such as:
- Deliver a reliable IT infrastructure;
- Manage systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability;
- Ensure data security and privacy;
- Support users in solving technical problems;
- Support the digital transformation and innovation of our business processes and operations.
In short, the IT department strives to meet the technological needs of the organization and contribute to its efficiency, productivity and growth.

- A gross monthly salary between €3653 and €3900, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. The budget consists of a 13th month, 8% vacation allowance & 7 extra days off. You can use this to buy a bicycle, your gym membership, but also to save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time during the year.
- 27 leave days of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
- Customized leave arrangements for certain life events, such as parental leave, care leave, etc.
