A good employee experience (Employee Experience, or EX) is essential for an organization that wants to grow, innovate, and retain talent. As an EX Specialist, you get the chance to make a direct contribution to this. You ensure that employees feel heard, engaged, and valued – from their first day at work to their next career step.

You are eager to utilize your talents for this purpose. You collaborate with colleagues from HR, IT, FM, and Communication to promote and embed the EX approach within the organization. You develop and maintain the EX measurement house (the collection of all employee surveys), manage the EX surveys and the EES, and ensure that insights from employee data are translated into concrete improvement actions. You also represent the voice of the employee in various projects, both within and outside of HR.

Furthermore, you work on:

• Keeping EX visible within the organization
• Implementing and maintaining the EX Panel, including feedback
• Continuing the collaboration with the CX team
• Organizing and improving the Onboarding Day
• Designing the Manager Onboarding, together with colleagues
• Involving internal stakeholders through the steering committee

Given that the goal is to embed Employee Experience within the organization, this role is temporary with an estimated duration of 1.5 to a maximum of 2 years.

Additionally, you have:

• At least a higher professional education level of thinking and working
• Experience and/or strong affinity for Employee Experience
• Sensitivity to the happenings within the organization
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

• a gross monthly salary between € 3,600 and € 4,600, depending on your knowledge and experience.
