Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will help build digital solutions that support wealth planners in guiding clients through one of life's most important decisions: planning the transfer of wealth across generations.

ClientCenter is the central platform used by our commercial colleagues and is being extended with new capabilities that help wealth planners better understand client situations, streamline succession planning processes, and provide more personalised advice. Your work will directly contribute to improving how our colleagues support clients in achieving their long-term wealth goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain scalable applications and services 

• Develop end-to-end solutions using modern full stack technologies 

• Work closely with wealth planners to understand user workflows, validate assumptions and deliver solutions that create measurable value 

• Translate complex wealth and succession planning requirements into robust, secure and maintainable software 

• Develop a deep understanding of the Belgian wealth and succession planning domain and actively contribute to shaping digital solutions in this space 

• Collaborate with other development teams within the cluster to deliver seamless and integrated client journeys 

• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design and the evolution of the platform 

• Leverage AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability

• Take ownership from analysis through implementation and release

• Continuously improve development practices, testing approaches and system reliability

• Coach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing, feedback and technical guidance

Your talents

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you combine strong technical expertise with curiosity for the business domain and the people who use the products you build. You take ownership, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are comfortable working in complex environments where business and technology intersect. 

In addition, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer 

• Strong experience with C# .NET, Angular, and modern web development technologies

• Experience working with Azure-based solutions 

• A pragmatic approach to AI-assisted software development, balancing productivity gains with sound engineering judgement

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders 

• A strong interest in understanding end-user workflows and improving the user experience 

• The ability to quickly understand complex functional domains and translate them into technical solutions 

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
