Scrum Master Internship

Are you passionate about the Scrum process and eager to support our Scrum Masters in enhancing the department's Way of Working (WOW)? We are looking for an intern with a strong affinity for Scrum who is analytical, enjoys working with teams, data, and can connect insights to our teams.

 

 

Your talents

As an intern, you will assist our Scrum Masters in continuously improving our processes and ways of working. You will bring:

 

  • A strong interest in the Scrum process and a desire to learn and grow in this area.
  • Analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive improvements.
  • The ability to connect data insights to team performance and processes.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with various teams.

 

You will work in a dynamic environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will use your talents as a junior Scrum Master at Van Lanschot Kempen to inspire, support, and learn. You will work with other highly qualified people who are all focused on improving our WOW every day. Our values are: Personal, Specialized, Entrepreneurial and Decisive. Values you identify with.

 

In addition:

 

  • You are a third- or fourth-year Bachelors or Master's student in Computer or Data Science, Business IT, Business Administration (or similar).
  • You are analytical, result-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You have affinity with software development process.
  • You are data driven.
  • You are people-minded and eager to learn.
  • You are available at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 5 months.
  • You have good mastery of English, both oral and written.
