That is what you will use your talents for as a Project Manager at Van Lanschot Kempen. You coordinate, lead and plan projects across Wholesale, Institutional and Private banking client value chains, including strategic organisational improvements and the implementation of new legislation and regulation. Together with internal and external experts, you steer projects from impact assessment to execution and help bring complex initiatives reach a successful conclusion.
You also have the following tasks:
Facilitate impact assessment for initiatives across the value chain within private Markets.
Draw up project plans for effective execution.
Build and steer project teams in line with the project plan.
Coordinate execution together with the project team.
Monitor progress, escalate where needed, and contribute towards content expertise

And all will be well if you also excel in stakeholder management, planning and organisation, and effective communication while coordinating teams with persistence and precision.
A completed master’s degree.
Min. 3 years of experience within Project Management and/or Financial Services.
Certificates in Project Management or Lean are considered a plus.
Comfortable using common AI-powered tools to support your tasks.
Good mastery English, both oral and written.
Good mastery of Dutch, both oral and written, is a considered a strong plus.

A gross monthly salary between € 4.000,- and € 4.500,-, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
