You coordinate compliance projects, facilitate the agenda and organization of management team meetings and departmental gatherings, and plan internal compliance training sessions. Specifically, you apply your expertise and knowledge in: 

  • Managing the calendar and providing broad support to the Chief Compliance Officer and, in consultation, to other department heads within the CRO domain; 
  • Consulting with Compliance colleagues, VLK colleagues, and external relations; 
  • Organizing meetings, departmental gatherings, and off-site events; 
  • Assisting in planning and organizing compliance training activities, both internally within Compliance and for employees in the organization; 
  • Various administrative tasks. 

Your talents

 

Your story already has several chapters. Regardless of your history, you are eager to add value for the future. That's why you fit so well as a Management Assistant at Van Lanschot Kempen. Here, you can utilize your talent for organization, loyal integrity, and infectious friendliness while growing in your field. You also have: 

  • An HBO diploma; 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a management assistant, preferably with experience as a business manager; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational sensitivity, and the ability to quickly build an internal network and interact with diverse stakeholders; 
  • The flexibility to take on different roles, such as organizer, supporter, strategist, and bringer of structure. You can efficiently prioritize as urgent matters may arise unexpectedly. 
  • Strong Office 365 skills. You have experience with Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams and know how to make these tools work for us. You can create clear presentations with PowerPoint and experiment with using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to perform work more efficiently. 
  • An eye for detail while maintaining an overview. 
    Good mastery of English, both oral and written.
