Junior Copilot Studio Engineer

Become part of an award-winning team! In this role, you will help Van Lanschot Kempen accelerate AI adoption by building and implementing Copilot Studio agents that deliver real business value. You combine technical building skills with a consulting mindset: you support business teams across the organisation in designing effective low-code solutions, guide them in successful implementation, and enable them to manage and further develop agents themselves. You will also help shape and manage the Copilot Studio managed environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and Microsoft to ensure solutions are scalable, governed, and fit for enterprise use.

You will work in a dynamic environment with multidisciplinary DevOps teams and departments across the organisation, such as colleagues in the Private Bank, Investment & Fiduciary Management, and Operations. As part of the AI Adoption team, you will collaborate with product, technology, governance, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, build solutions, and embed Copilot Studio capabilities in a sustainable way across the organisation.

In addition, you will be working on:

• Designing, building, and implementing Copilot Studio agents and low-code solutions together with business teams, based on concrete business needs and use cases; 

• Managing and further developing the Copilot Studio managed environment, including governance, standards, and ways of working that support safe and scalable delivery; 

• Advising business stakeholders on how to design, build, and implement successful low-code solutions, from idea to adoption; 

• Enabling teams to manage and further develop their own agents by providing guidance, documentation, and practical support; 

• Collaborating closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders on platform capabilities, roadmap opportunities, and best practices; 

• Helping to professionalise the use of Copilot Studio within the organisation by balancing innovation, usability, and governance. 

Your talents

You are a technically strong builder with a consulting mindset. You enjoy translating business needs into practical low-code solutions and know how to guide stakeholders from concept to implementation. You are comfortable working across business and IT, take ownership, and combine hands-on delivery with the ability to advise, structure, and enable others. You are energised by new technology, understand the importance of governance and scalability, and like helping organisations build capabilities that last.

Additionally:

• You have experience in building low-code solutions, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related technologies

• You combine technical delivery skills with strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities

• You understand how to translate business challenges into scalable, practical solutions and guide implementation successfully

• You are able to work with governance, standards in an enterprise context

• You enjoy collaborating with business, IT, and external partners such as Microsoft

• You take initiative, spot opportunities, and independently drive solutions forward

• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
