Van Lanschot Kempen is the leading Dutch private bank with Private Banking as its core and supporting Investment Management and Investment Banking services. It focuses on international wealth management, serving HNW/UHNW clients with a team of around 43 employees.

 

To support the Technology team in Switzerland, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Application Manager and Supporter as a permanent position. In this role, you will support the Chief Technology Officer on delivering e-channel and analytics/reporting solutions and strengthening the 1st level inhouse support. You will be working closely with the CTO to support the IT change and run the bank agenda.

 

You will report to the CTO. Your place of work will be Zurich.

 

Your tasks: 

  • Driving the client e-channels (web banking and mobile applications) to the next level with our provider Netcetera and Finnova.
  • Run the bank’s analytics and reporting platform based on Qliksense / Apparo based on MS SQL server and implement optimizations / provide end-user support.
  • Provide data feeder solutions to the bank’s clients built on basis of Qliksense.
  • Strengthen the 1st level inhouse support and partner-up with external vendors to deliver the IT value chain.
  • Document and maintain the IT landscape (server infrastructure, applications) including vendor management.
  • Facilitating data quality and availability.

Your talents

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the IT department of a bank. Preferably a smaller bank with a focus on Private Banking.
  • A good knowledge and experience of e-channels and data (analytics) and reporting solutions with respective coding and database skills (e.g. SQL, MS SQL database).
  • Motivated, eager to learn with a self-starting mindset. Willing to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
  • A team player with a positive personality and high integrity, who appreciates a dynamic and international environment.
  • Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written); Dutch is a big plus.
  • Resident in Switzerland (Zurich area).
