Are you curious about Asset Management, Alternative Investments, and process improvement? Do you want to gain hands-on experience with investments across multiple asset classes and innovative topics such as AI and process optimization? That is what you will use your talents for as an Intern within the Solutions & Strategy Services team at Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role, you will actively contribute to improving processes, supporting fiduciary and alternative investment activities, and enhancing data quality across multiple asset classes.

You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including portfolio management, operations, and data management. You will also have the opportunity to help explore how new technologies, including AI, can be used to improve process efficiency.

You also have the following tasks:

• Be an active team member contributing to daily processes and projects

• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, data experts, and operational specialists

• Support client operations and liaise with international stakeholders

• Perform data quality checks and support the development of new data collection tooling

• Assist in valuation reviews, audits, and key client lifecycle events-collection tooling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Affinity with financial markets and investments

• Experience with AI automation, Power Automate, and building AI agents

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Good mastery of English, both oral and written-solving skills

Starting date early September for 6 months.

Studying towards a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
