As an intern in Alternative Manager Selection, you will help develop our impact approach and reporting. You will contribute directly to data-driven processes and commercial initiatives. Your work supports more sustainable and better-informed investment decisions.
That is what you will use your talents for as an Impact Investing Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will actively help apply our impact framework and collect, analyse and report impact data. You will support due diligence, data quality and verification, and help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. In doing so, you contribute directly to data-driven and sustainable investment decisions.
You also have the following tasks:
Supporting the impact team in updating and improving presentations
Optimising and cleaning historical impact data in dashboards
Ensuring all impact solutions provide complete and timely data
Participating in discussions with fund managers
Contributing to annual surveys and organising meetings

Data management and data quality: structuring, cleaning and checking datasets
Basic knowledge of impact frameworks, such as the SDGs, Operating Principles and IRIS+
Research skills: analysing processes and documentation
Proficient in applying basic AI solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in your work
Good mastery of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
