Listed Infrastructure is a highly competitive team that picks infrastructure stocks from all around the world. It has an innovative and data-driven approach that is cutting hedge in the industry. One of the key selling proposition of the team compared to its competitors is the forward looking approach when it comes to sustainability and decarbonization of companies.

That is what you will use your talents for as an intern in the Listed Infrastructure team at Van Lanschot Kempen. Throughout the entire stock selection process, you will be supporting the Portfolio Managers in their daily operations. You will take part of the entire business valuation process, including building a financial model, speaking to companies and analysts and looking into the decarbonization trajectory of the companies.
You also have the following tasks:

  • operating as a fully-fledged team member;
  • carrying out asset, sector and company analysis in co-operation with the team’s Portfolio Managers;
  • conducting company valuations to support buy and sell decisions of Portfolio Managers.

Your talents

Curiosity, analytical and a passion for financial data analysis. This is how we can best describe you as an intern in our Listed Infrastructure team. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. We are looking for an intern to support our business valuation process for potential investments, someone with a passion for data as well as investing and stock-picking. And all will be well if you are also a natural in combining creative thinking and number crunching skills. You also:

  • Are enrolled in a Master program (in Finance, Econometrics, Data Science, or related fields);
  • Have affinity with and passion for financial markets;
  • Have valuation skills;
  • Have good mastery of English, both oral and written.
