That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. A good work-life balance with our 'hybrid way of working' is a good example of this. As a Full Stack Developer, you will also be given:
- a gross monthly salary between € 4.500 and €5.700, depending on your knowledge and experience plus an additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days). This results in a total annual salary ranging from approximately €65,000 to €81,000.
- In most weeks, you’ll work from the office for two days, but this might occasionally change depending on team and department needs.
- 1 month fully paid when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer.
- your commute to work is compensated, including green options of walking and biking to work!
- a free Van Lanschot Kempen bank account and other employee conditions, such as a discount on an Evi (investment) account.
- a market competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age, generally, most people can expect around 20% contribution, which 4% is employee contribution.
- working from home allowance.
- up to 2 months of working from abroad per year.
- Dutch and English language courses.
